Chiropractors all over the country found that patients who had first sought care for a specific ache or pain wanted to continue treatment even after their original symptoms had resolved. Ongoing chiropractic care simply made patients feel better physically then they ever had before. It was then that the benefits of chiropractic care for health maintenance purposes became the larger focus of chiropractic treatment.
